Alright ladies ~ share what you're doing with your kids for Spring Break week!

Char has spring break from MDO next week, and I am not used to having her for so many days straight, LOL! We have a few things planned, but I'm always looking for ideas, and wanted to see what y'all are doing. Char's 2, so stuff in that age range is good.

Here's our "schedule of events" so far...

Tues: I have a quick appointment with my dentist @ 3 pm to check my night guard, so I'll probably just take Char with me.

Wed: playdate at the Aquarium @ 10 am, playgroup in my 'hood @ 3 pm.

Thurs: lunch bunch at a friend's @ 11:30.

That's all I've got so far! Help! I was thinking the zoo, maybe try out a Little Gym class...

The livestock show would be fun. If you go to the zoo try to get there right when it opens, it gets crowded fast.

Mar's not in MDO, but we're going to the rodeo Tuesday afternoon to see the animals and stuff. Normally we'd do the zoo, but we'll skip it this week due to the crowds. I think we'll try to hit up Wonderwild instead.

We could do a GTG picnic or meet up for lunch since the weather is supposed to be so gorgeous this week. Or an afternoon meetup at Wonderwild or some other indoor jumpy place.

Oh yeah, I had forgotten to mention that we'll probably hit up the rodeo at some point and go see Agventure and all the fun kids' stuff!

I'm thinking trips to the playground, Chick-fil-A will be in there somewhere...and I love the idea of going to Wonderwild; we've been wanting to try that.

I'm all for a GTG somewhere! That sounds like a great plan.

We went to the Butterfly Center at the Museum of Natural Science yesterday and we're planning a trip to the park tomorrow. We're leaving on Wednesday for a family trip to San Antonio, but I'm thinking of taking her to WonderWild on Tuesday or Friday since we've never been there before.

I plan to avoid all of the regular places like the zoo and Children's Museum since we go there pretty often and I know they'll be packed this week. The Butterfly Center wasn't too crowded at all (we went around 4:00), but it was HOT in there!

All the pretty days we are going to spend as much time at the park as possible. I was thinking maybe the zoo one day. On Wednesday a group of friend and all of our little ones are hitting up the livestock show during the day.

we're doing the rodeo daytime too. a few friends who work there says now is the time to go with kids, the daytime during the week not during spring break is over run with field trips

Monday: Haircut, playground

Tuesday: Probably the zoo or Tot Spot. My niece has a followup from her surgery in the med center so we'll likely take the girls somewhere fun.

Wednesday: Take it easy at home, play on our playground and maybe do some art projects, St. Patty's Day party that evening

Thursday: Maybe taking a day trip to San Marcos (outlet shopping)

Friday: hanging out at home since I have a full day of work on Saturday and need to relax a bit.

Joshua is going to get some special time with his best friend. His mom is on SB, so we will see them everyday. There will be lots of time at the park this week.

Friday will be MNO, but clearly that is for me.
