I have been doing the Wii Active "More Workouts" 6 week challenge for almost 3 weeks now. I am a natually thin person, but I have developed a really nice "pooch" in the past year from treatments and starting/stopping workouts.
But, although I love the workouts, I haven't felt like they have been doing enough for me. I want immediate results!! *even though I know this is not possible*
So this past week I have done my four days of workouts on the Wii, and added in 3 extras and today we went for a 25 minute bike ride (the area we live in is really hilly, so it was quite a workout). I am starting to feel good about this. I want to get in better shape..............and look good in a bikini on our potential vacation!!
What are your secrets? What are your favorite healthy meals?

I love Pilates...
I also go to the gym every morning at 5:30 AM...I have a friend meet me there so I am forced to go! I can't wait until the weather gets nicer and I can start biking and roller blading.
