prenatal yoga

Hi!
I moved to Greenville in November...so I wanted to say hi! I was also wondering if anyone knows of any prenatal yoga classes in the area? I am finally over being completely exhuasted every day so I thought it might be a good time to start exercising.

    I did prenatal yoga at It's a Yoga Studia... I really enjoyed it, you can sign up through St Francis Women's or through the studio..welcome to Greenville

    90 Degrees Yoga on Pelham just started a prenatal class Mondays at 5.  I have not been yet bu I've gone to their regular classes and LOVE them!

    Hello!I just went to a class today at North Main Yoga downtown.

    It's great and only $10 a class. They have Yoga for Women's Health on Sunday afternoons at 2 p.m. It's the best one for Prenatal.
