Christening Gown

Anyone know of a place in the pittsburgh area (monroeville preferably) that turns wedding dresses into christening gowns? ?I would like to find somewhere/someone who is experienced at it. ?Anyone advice would help!

    try calling New Attitude in Greensburg(its a bit further away..but she may do it!) I know she did excellent on my wedding gown that had to be altered about a foot for myself!
