I made stir fry last night with chicken, squash, zucchini, and almonds. The sauce had sherry, light soy, and garlic. Do you think it's okay to give some to Warner? (without the almonds, of course) He's had chicken and squash before, I'm just wondering if that sauce is okay--I know that the alcohol all cooked out of the sherry, but do you think the soy sauce is okay? or the fact that it was mixed with almonds? (even though he won't be eating any actual nuts)
Re: table food-think this is okay?
TTC #1 Cycle 14 - IUI#1=BFN, IUI#2=BFP | TTC #2 Cycle 8=BFP!!

Yes, go for it. Short of anything super spicy, I give my kids just about everything to eat.
Ditto. She pretty much eats what we eat. :-)
thanks, everyone...I've been giving him a lot more table food these days, but most of it has been pretty bland up until now. I think I've been more hesitant to introduce a lot of new foods because we had such a hard time with his reflux for so long and old habits die hard ;-)
but he needs to get used to this recipe because I make it all the time!!
Tritto! I gave babygirl some of my chicken burrito from chipotle today. My 2 year old won't even eat it, but babygirl gobbled it up!
DD loves Chipotle! We probably eat it almost once/week. She will wolf down their guacamole, black beans, and chicken. :-)
Same here. DD even like food with a kick as well as exotic spices. I figure teh more she gets used to while she is a god eater, the easier a time I will have when she is more decisive about her food choices later.
