    I go on Mondays to the class in Wayne and I really like it. And my butt usually is sore for the next day or so, so the workout is worth it. :)

    The owner is a dear friend of 18yrs. I've taken a few classes - they are challenging. The schedules are geared for SAHM, so I never made it to many classes. Its also a great chance to meet other moms in your area.
