  I don't know what you are talking about but noooooo. Buffalo wild wings is like a TGIFridays or Chilis but wings. They're also really, really good.

  The menu and sports bar atmosphere is similar to Hooters, but the attire is not similar.

  It is just a regular wing place/bar not like Hooters. Nowhere near as good, but quite tasty.

  I didn't google, so I don't know what you found, but not in my experience. We go to BW3s to watch football and it is a very mixed crowd. I have been with girlfriends and other couples.

  YAY!! Someone else calls it BW3's! People look at me like I am nuts calling it that around here.

  I'm surprised at the comparison to Hooters. The one here in Miami is awesome. Hooters tastes like crap in comparison. And the menu is totally different. Yum!

  I'm totally LOLing at the idea of BW3 as Hooters. Granted, I've never been to a Hooters, but DH says they both sell wings.

  It was a big sports bar-type hang-out place when I was in college in Ohio. People get little game-pads to play trivia games on the TV screens all around the room (the ones that aren't playing various sports games). 

  When I was working at a different place in Ohio, people from my office used to meet up at BW3 for happy hour after work.  

  I see families and kids all the time in the one that's three minutes from my house.  

  Mmm, now I want wings ...

  Great, now I want wing sauce and B-dubs ( don't know WHY we call it that since it's clearly 3 dubs but whatevs) was where we used to meet up for Friday happy hour kind of place. Kind of similar but not as sexually overt. Wings, rolls of paper towels, lots of food, big screen TVs, kinda the same vibe as Hooters without the hype if YKWIM?

  B-dubs, or BW3s.  Love that place.  We went so much when I was pg with DD... i had cravings for Caribbean Jerk wings.  Yummy.

  It used to be called Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck. - hence the W3.

  BW3s was a big deal when it first went in near my college when I was an undergrad. We went ALLLLL the time. Definitely not Hooters-like at this particular branch. It was just a sports bar with really good wings. There were actually far more guys on the waitstaff than women, which I assume sets it apart from Hooters a bit...

  They both sell wings, but the employees are not required to be scantily clad at Buffalo Wild Wings. IMO, the food sucks at both places. I think it mostly appeals to guys who want to watch sports on big tvs and drink beer.

  This.  I LOVE BW3's wings.  

  And I hate that it seems like most people don't know what I'm talking about when I say BW3's.  It's way too much effort to say the name, LOL.

  Okay, this is really late, but I had one too many drinks at home last night (Dh was out with friends so I had a solo cocktail party) and I must have been feelin' pretty good last night, because that place isn't anyting like Hooters!  Don't know what I was thinking. I still think its funny that she actually listed her employer in her info though!
