Home from ER ... resting

Last night I started throwing up like crazy since 10:30 pm.. threw up all night.. ended up dry heaving towards the 5th time because nothing was left... I couldnt sleep.. couldnt keep water down...was down right miserable

of course DH was working Fire Dept. So Then the Diarrhea started.. let me just say it felt like I was peeing... only from the back ( sorry if TMI ) I was MISERABLE.. I got 1 HOUR of sleep last night.. DH came home and took me to the ER bc of me not keeping anything down.. and If I walked or moved I felt nausea.

ER gave me fluids and Zofran ( I think thats what It was ) and Three hours later I was on my way.. Ive been sleeping on and off all day but starting to feel better.

I just ate my first bowl of soup.. first food in 24 hours and im still resting.

the Intestional flu is going around! Take care of yourselves!
