Is this even possible?

I hopped over onto BabyCenter to look at the 2 week update on DD. On the home page, it has my birth clubs(September 08 and February 10). I don't ever read those but I see a post that says "Pregnant again!!!". This poster had her baby on February 8 and is now pregnant again apparently. I'm assuming she got the positive test today. I have no problem with people having their kids that close together but is it even possible for her to be pregnant again already? Her daughter is like 5 weeks old. Thoughts on this?

    I think to each her own, but that is freakin' insane.  Your uterus has just finished healing and in some cases not fully...

    I read somewhere that you are REALLY fertile for the first 6 weeks after you have your baby. So she may have had sex without protection and got preggers that way. Im not sure if this is true or not, but if it is that would make sense to me.

    and to follow up on my earlier post...i would not have even been able to have sex 1 week after birth...hell i still dont think i'm ready!

    I had my baby Feb 8 and I can't even think about having sex right now!! That is crazy. GL to her.

    This just doesn't sound right.  So, she would have had sex AND ovulated one week pp?  Sounds really fishy to me.

    Oh its possible... My friends kids are 11 months apart.  I think its nuts and would never even imagine having kids that close, but to each his own I guess! Smile
