Re: My AMH was 1.9. Is that bad? :(
Mine is 1.8 (used to be .2 before I took wheat grass and DHEA). Both those supplements are something to consider if you want to improve egg quality. I also had issues stimming on IVF so we did antagonist with NO suppression.
Bottom line, you are by no means doomed with that AMH.
Wheat grass and DHEA are both said to improve egg quality.
but yes, you can get it in smoothies at Jmaba Juice etc.
I took it in pill form (7/day) because I just couldn't stand the thought of drinking grass
Really? THANK YOU. Nice to hear my body has something good to contribute for a change.
Sorry for the 20 questions but can you tell me when you take wheat grass?
I took DHEA all through my BCPs for this IVF cycle but my RE asked me to stop once I started stimming.
Thank you so much for the input! I've got rotten eggs and will try anything.
There are several different scales that are used to measure AMH so it really depends. But my RE uses the same sampling method as LCB's and according to that 1.9 is great!
What LCB said, exactly. My AMH is 0.5. 1.9 sounds like nirvana to me!
