I don't think I'm high risk, but I have a question

I had a good amount of bleeding last Monday night and the next day they found a blood clot over my cervix. I am on light duty this week and go back on Thursday for a repeat u/s to check the clot, to make sure it's getting smaller, or at least not growing. Did/does anyone else have a blood clot that's caused problems? I'm not trying to worry myself, but be informed on what is possible. Thanks!

    I'm sure they would have done an u/s to check for problematic clots. I have been diagnosed with a DVT throughout my left side. Now on heparin til birth and resting at home after a week in hospital. Be sure to ask about the u/s and be aware if there are any points of pain. Keep resting up and good luck

    They did an u/s and found a small clot right over my cervix. I go back for a repeat u/s on thursday to check it to see if it's getting smaller or growing. I've had quasi-pain under my ribs and down both sides when I get up and move around at all. If I lay on the couch and don't do anything, after an hour or so, the "pain" or uncomfortableness, goes away. My appt isn't until Thursday so I may call tom if it doesnt get better. Thanks for your reply.
