Who knew you could take an OPK with FMU?

I always thought you were supposed to test in the afternoon or evening, but I got a very distinct positive this morning.  It sure was a lot easier using FMU because I drink way too much during the day and have a hard time holding it for 2 hours or more to test!

    I was reading the instructions that came with my OPKs and it actually suggested using FMU since it is more concentrated.  I have gotten multiple +'s this month using FMU.  I think it is much easier than holding it in the middle of the day.

    I usually test 2x/day, once with FMU and once around 5pm after holding it for 4 hours. I've found that if I don't, I miss my surge. Glad you caught yours!

    I bought the Walgreens brand this time and they suggest to use use FMU too.

    I have always used FMU because it is the only time of most days that my urine is concentrated.  Lately I have been doing it twice a day, but my second test is usually a waste because I can rarely hold my pee/limit my liquid intake.  I'm a thirsty girl!
