Doctor said we were going to have a hard time getting pregnant, because of my PCOS so we said we would take our time and let it happen. So I went off the pill the last week of April '09, and got a BFP on June 25th '09 (I was 6 weeks).
Only took a month to get pregnant, hardly got to practice making the baby, hehe!

The first time we got pregnant, it happened naturally.. I wasn't even charting.. just guesstimating when I ovulated and trying to time things right... Unfortunately that little one wasn't meant for this earth and I miscarried...
This time, we tried for 4 months using the same method as above and no luck... So I bought an ovulation predictor kit... and SUCESS!!

First try... literally. The night we decided to go with the souped up insurance plan for this year we decided to get busy (even though I was already 5 weeks into my cycle).. and... SUCCESS! We were shocked and overjoyed all at the same time.

Instantaneously!! Well, at least it seemed that way.
We had charted out when my next period would be, and when the following one would be as well... And we'd decided that we would start AFTER that second one. We figured it'd give us enough time, plus the fact that a normal healthy couple takes an average of 6 months to conceive- the math seemed to be good.
Except, that second period never came. We waited, thinking that it was late, or stress, or whatever... But after almost 2 weeks, we decided to test, and there it was, my BFP!!

We consulted with a dr about a year before we were going to try. Tried one cycle w/o charting, charted the 2nd and conceived.
Each pregnancy took a little bit longer for us...
#1 - 1 month
#2 - 3 months
#3 - 6 months
