I have some clothes from Sage Creek (they're having a big sale, btw). Skoon seems overpriced to me. Under the Nile seems boring to me (pink, pink and more pink). Basic Brilliance works for the basics but is not that much fun.
Anyone here use Babysoy? Their kimonos look cute but I read that because of the fabric they need to be washed and dried separately from cotton. I can't deal with different washing instructions for the LO's everyday clothes. Too much laundry as it is.
Any other brands you would recommend? Target has organic cotton clothes on their website but they really organic? Are they fair trade?
Re: Please rec your favorite organic baby clothes
We have some babysoy sleepers, and we LOVE them. First of all, it's hard to find footless sleepers. Second, you get to call your baby "ninja baby"! Third, the colors are great.
I washed them with everything else (mostly cotton), and they get a little pilly, but they still last and last and last. For some reason, because of their sizing or the footlessness or something, we get the longest wear out of them. The brown fades a bit, and the light trim gets a little dull right away.
I also really like Kate Quinn Organics. And I think they're having a $25 off 100 sale. A few weeks ago, they were having a clearance sale with a lot of stuff for $10, with the proceeds going to Haiti. I got some really cute things for way cheap. Very, very soft, and again, cuuuuute colors!
