Babies: 3 - 6 Months

s/o How do you fall asleep?

I usually eat a snack pretty close to going to bed and have something warm to drink (tea generally).  I then read for 15 or so minutes until I feel drowsy enough to turn the light out.

How about you?

  • I used to have a really hard time falling asleep, but now I basically just fall into bed and pass out immediately.  This is always preceded by staying up too late watching TV or facebooking.

  • Watch tv till around 9 except for Lost night. Then I'll read in bed for a few minutes till I pass out.

  • I'm so tired nowadays that I just pass out once DD falls asleep around 9:30. Sometimes I'll stay up a little later and finish some work. I wish I could have a relaxing sleep routine like yours!!
  • watch tv for half an hour or an hour after LO goes to bed, then read for a little in bed and turn out the lights!
  • I usually pass out from exhaustion.

  • Yeah I usually just pass out as soon as I hit the bed. Some nights I'm more wired than others so I watch a little Roseanne and then fall asleep.
