Overall goal: 30 lbs (down 4 lb last week, down 1/2 lb this week. Boo.)
Goal for upcoming week: Eat less processed food. No frozen dinners for lunch next week.
What worked this week: Tracked everything I ate and have 20 "flexpoints" left as of today. Perhaps I should have eaten more?

Question of the week: Do you have a "trigger" that makes you eat (besides hunger haha)? If so, how do you deal? Yes! Being bored and stressed, but luckily this week I was neither. Another weird one is reading. I love to read a good book and enjoy a snack. Now, I let myself eat a Tootsie Pop while I read because it lasts a long time and is only one point.
