When can you use the jogger stroller?

I thought I was told or read that baby needs to be at least 6 months before using the jogging stroller. Is this correct?

    I've read that as well, baby has to have really good head control.  I bought an infant car seat adapter for mine and use it with that installed.

    My car seat fits right into my jogging stroller, I have yet to start running since there is still snow on the ground here, but I've used it at the mall :)

    We use our now, it had a newborn head insert in it already, but if it hadn't had that we would've used bought the car seat head inserts.

    All we have is a jogging stroller travel system. I LOVE LOVE LOVE our jogging stroller! It is soo much easier to manuever than a regular stroller. We have him in the car seat on the stroller while we go walking and its fantastic!
