on tuesday i "shaved blind"... my intentions were actually to just trim up the edges a little. dh said he'd help me, but i'm just not there yet, so i wanted to try it myself. so i did the deed, shaved my legs and trimmed a little or so i thought.
had my 36 wk check up. dh showed up a little late after i had already seen the nurse, but was waiting for the dr in nothing but my hospital gown. dr came in, did his thing... checked my ankles for swelling and as he touched my leg i jokingly made the comment "you are lucky i shaved for you".
so doctor leaves and i hop down off the table and drop my hospital gown to start putting on my clothes and dh looks at me (down there) and bursts out laughing... he hadn't seen me after i had shaved the night before. he goes "omg, look in the mirror, you look like edwards scissor hands!"... so i looked and there i am, half shaved and half wildebeest! it did not look pretty! why didn't i check that out in the mirror when i was done shaving?! won't make that mistake again - dh took my shaving privelages away saying he was worried i would injure his unborn child - it was that bad!
obviously the doctor didn't say anything when he saw that, but he had to have noticed and thought some interesting thoughts to himself - i honestly don't know how he kept a straight face!

haha...I'm sorry but that is hilarious!!!
I trimmed up down their awhile ago and had DH look while I was doing it to make sure everything was "straight"
My Midwife while starting to give me an internal (She was feeling her way in) said "I have the hardest time finding your vagina..*looks at DH*...You don't have that problem do you?" she was joking, my DH was like "uh...obviously not!"
Doctors see it all..I'm sure he's "seen worse"
lol, very nice.
I have been shaving my legs from the knees down, but have had DH help with the rest. Can't see a thing there anymore and can barely reach. He was a good sport and I even got him to clip my toe nails for me.
LOL.....you definitely get points for effort!!
I gave up trimming down there a while back and am dreading the first internal exam when I have to 'bare all.'
Love it!
Love it!
LMAO..this story is good too! At least she has a sense of humor! I think I would have peed a little from laughing so hard if my OB said that!
LOL...sounds like something I would do
LMAO! I just outbursted out of nowhere sitting at my desk.. Got some weird looks from my coworkers..
