F/U to first appt

So my first appt went really well. It went a lot easier and smoother than I had hoped. As soon as she asked the first question the conversation started to really flow. And so did the tears! I cried the entire session. It was so odd but relieving to tell her things that I have never told DH. Or could never imagine telling him. She ultimately old me that I needed a prescription and that we I could talk to her all I want but it wouldn't help without some drugs. She found it odd that my OB never prescriped anything, but just recommended therapy. So I'm getting my Lexapro tonight and hopefully things will start to get better!
