It was a difficult struggle for me to navigate through some of my signs of PPD, my daughter died when she was 3 months old (SIDS) It's a rocky road and it's nice to have a friend to talk to, that is how I made it through.

so sorry for your loss. i think bonding with people in similar circumstances, no matter what they are, is such a healing experience.
