I'm refraining from responding, because I have a feeling you mean first time Dads-to-be. Obviously, DH has changed his fair share at this point! But I don't believe he ever had prior to me giving birth

Oh yea. Many lol. It was funny, when his nephew had just got home from the hospital (4 days old) DH changed a dirty diaper. He used like 10 wipes, if not more, on that lil boy :P

This is our first baby but DH has changed a few diapers b.c of his nephews/niece and he has 2 younger brothers (but that was many many years ago) so I told him we're going to practice on either a stuffed animal or the cat before baby gets here! LOL.

Before DS#1, DH had changed WAY more diapers than I ever had! I was the clueless one. He was 8 when his little sister was born, so he changed her diapers - plus his mom had a home daycare at one point so he changed the kids' diapers as well.

Dh changed ONE diaper before DD was born. We were babysitting for some frienda. He was alone with our friend's daughter for about 20 mins (until I got there from work) - and when I opened the door she was screaming. I could tell right away her diaper wasn't fitting right. I redid and she calmed down right away. It was pretty funny.

I asked him this the other day. He said something like "No, but how hard can it be? You take it off, wipe her good, make sure nothing gross got in her girl parts if she pooped, throw on some powder, and put another one on". Made me laugh. Can't wait to see him in action.
