Would you put boys seersucker pants on a girl?

I am torn--they fit Bella really well, they're cut pretty slim. They belonged to Ethan and I'm having a hard time parting with them. She has a fitted navy shirt with ruffles on it, and I could put some pretty flats on her. I feel like the answer is no, but I really want to make them work.

    This. Not being from the south, I really don't know what seersucker pants look like.

    I put DD in long boys' shorts from Gymbo last summer. I think they looked cute. (Middle pic here.)

    Yeah, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

    But then I have boy clothes that I bought for DD that are now being passed down to DS (mostly old navy fleece pants, but some jeans too just because everything can't be pink/purple or I'll vomit)
