How to find part-time nanny?

We're starting to evaluate our childcare needs once I go back to work, and we're leaning towards having someone come to our home 3 days/week (probably 10-12 hrs/day). Anyone know of any resources in the MetroWest/Boston area to find part-time, reputable nannies or childcare?

We used www.sittercity.com to find our nanny, whom we love. It isn't an agency so you have to do more of the work yourself but does allow you to run a limited background check on the person for a small fee and is much cheaper than using an agency.
