I want to rent a doppler while my family is in town for my shower. I'm looking at storkradio.com at dopplers, and I don't want to go for the cheapest, but don't need the most high tech top-of-the-line doppler either. After all, I'm just renting.
My question is.... what are the differences between them? I want a digital one to rent, but what is a MgHz Probe, and why do some have 2 and others have 3? Any advice or suggestions of a company you went through and had a great expeirence with would be fantastic! Thanks!
Re: who has rented a doppler?
I think it's strength too...although I could be totally wrong! We rented ours from https://heartones.com/ and just rented a digital display one-still works great! (although you did remind me I have to return it next week!)
I wanted to but couldn't justify spending the money....
They are great and fun....I love hearing her heartbeat.
Oh, I forgot to ask.....
I forget who it was that posted something a while back, but I was told that you don't have to purchase the "special gel" from the companies, because lotion or oil works the same. Is that right, or did I misunderstand that post?

In first Tri I bought an AngelSounds doppler from Amazon.com
https://www.amazon.com/Angelsound-JPD-100S-fetal-doppler/dp/B000XS987A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1268244950&sr=8-1
It's pretty cheap and I used Massage Oil and it worked just fine
with how far along you are you don't need a fancy one because it should be pretty easy to pick up the heart beat.
