Cost of Follistim AQ

For those of you who have been on Follistim, what was the approximate cost?  I am picking up a 600 IU cartridge tomorrow, so I will find out soon enough, but I'm just looking for a heads up so I know how painful the bill will be.  My insurance covers 80%, but I'm not sure what the base price is.

    Without insurance, my 12 300IU vials came to just over $3900 - so it worked out to $325ish for 300IU.

    Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH
    DH: perfect
    1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
    2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!

    I just paid $900 for 600 IUs today. Originally when we bought all are meds it was about half that price, but we didn't have enough so we had to order more. I'm really hoping our Ins. accepts the claim for this one!

    I order from Scrafts and it's $549 for a 600iu cartridge. I am oop and they do a cash discount. Not sure what it is if you have insurance. GL

    I got 900iu from Village Fertility pharmacy for $808.  I'm OOP so that was a cash discount price.

    After 2+ years and multiple treatment cycles,
    including an IVF vacation in Costa Rica/Panama,

    I use Triessent (that is the pharmacy for my insurance).  The cost of 900 IU is $1062.

    I called MedMark yesterday and they quoted me $783 for the 900iu cartridge.  Im going to call some others today!

Very thankful for the time we had together. One lonely follie Clomid Ovidrel jacked up IUI on 12/31/09 (thanks to the nurse who wrote down the wrong protocol ) = 1/14/10 BFN - go figure. 150mg Clomid Ovidrel IUI on 2/12 - beta 2/26 = BFN Again..... Last IUI before a nice break...Cmon Luck of the Irish! Trigger 3/15, IUI 3/17... BFN and taking a little break before Follistim
