My Dr didn't even mention it at my last appointment (I will be 20 weeks next Monday).
I had an NT scan and bloodwork at 12 weeks which came back very low risk, and an anatomy ultrasound at 18 weeks.
Does the need for a Quad Screen depend on your NT scan results, or is it usually done anyway? I am over 35. Thanks!

Re: Anyone's Dr not mention a Quad Screen?
Every office is different .. some do the NT and then send for Quad if necessary.. others discourage both altogether.
I'm surprised that they wouldnt offer it to you at all, I thought after 30 they offer all the extra testing..?
I think it had to be done at 16wks? not positive though.
With my first two kids I turned down the NT scan and my dr never mentioned the quad screen.
This time my dr did ask me, he said it is best done between 16 weeks and 20 ish weeks I think.
Maybe since you had the NT scan?
