Tell me about it.
I posted pictures from my cousin's wedding and there was my college roommate's where the DJ played the same 12 songs, bartender had the shakes, and when my date was wearing a suit- he was as dressed up as the wedding party. Oh and between the two of us, we had more teeth in our head then most of the guests.
Re: Most interesting wedding you've ever been to
I went to a wedding a couple of years ago where the groomsmen all held up signs when the couple kissed, rating them on a scale from 1-10.
I just want to give you a world as beautiful as you are to me.

**groomsMEN** haha, not grooms plural. Now that would be wierd.
I just want to give you a world as beautiful as you are to me.
PAL/PGAL Welcome
My sister's wedding is next month. I will let you know how it goes when I get back.
So far she has a bridesmaid dress as her wedding dress, the MIL is going to make balogna sandwiches THREE days prior (ewwww) for everyone to eat at the reception, and her idea of decorating is plastic table cloths in black.

The mental picture I have is priceless!
I went to two weddings without alcohol...first one was at a city building, second was at a restaurant so I was at least able to leave the room the reception was in to go to the bar and get a drink!
I now travel with my trusty flask!
This made me LOL! At least the BYOB wedding I knew was BYOB

I have three(is that sad!?!)
One, the DJ came up with the idea to sing songs with the word "love" in it to the couple, instead of clanging glasses when they wanted the couple to kiss. The grooms 16yr old sister got up and sang "I'll make love to you" by Boyz to Men....ick
Second, the Groom and Best Man got into a fight on the dance floor and started punching each other, right in the middle of the bridal dance!
Third, when I was about 19 or so I was working in a bank and one of the girls was getting married, she was also 19 already had two kids and was pregnant. So they got married in a small wedding the reception was in this little place, we got there a half an hour late....they had run out of food!!! I couldn't believe it, I wished I hadn't sealed my card!
I won't make that mistake again!

Hilarious! My uncle got married and his new bride asked me to be in the wedding because I was the size of one of her bridesmaids that couldn't make it because she got arrested (seriously). We had to wear flapper dresses and the old men wore zoot suits (they are all white mind you and totally totally, white trash). It was horrible. Not only did the wedding party lack the majority of their teeth but they all smelled like weed. It was the most interesting wedding I have ever been to!
