Sad, sad work stuff

We had a women and her THREE babies come in. It was awful. Four deaths in the same family.

The worst part was that it was preventable, in a way. Very, very sad. I am ready for my vacation.

It usually doesn't bother me. I very rarely feel anything for the Cds. But this one got to me. I "specialize" in neonate PMs in this area, so I was called in.

Only very rarely does it bother me. But three in the same family do.

This was weeks ago, but it's been on my mind.

I'm sorry. I was a trauma nurse for a long time and was pretty tough, but there are a few deaths I still recall vivid details about years later. It changes you.
