FYI Walmart 1st bday cakes

If you order a 1st birthday cake at Walmart they give you a free 4 in. "smash cake" to match. Got ours ordered today! Not sure if all are doing it, but don't see why they wouldn't be.

    Aw, I didn't know that!  I ordered a cupcake cake for D's and never got one.  Maybe because I did cupcakes?

    Publix does a free one too when you buy a specialty birthday cake.

    Our grocery store did it for Joseph's 2nd birthday cake, too, but I think they made a mistake. We didn't have "2nd" put on the cake, just "Happy Birthday Joseph!" and he was with me when I ordered, and I think the girl assumed it was his first birthday.

    Luckily a sign was up saying I got a 4 in cake for free because the lady behind the counter didn't mention it and was confused when I asked for it!
