    I did!  It was nice but probably would have been much nicer if EC hadn't been breach and a planned c/s.  The woman we worked with was fantastic and she was there for the birth, they let her into the OR with us and she went out and told my family the baby was here while DH stayed with baby and me.

    We had Heather and she was great. You may get two companions because they sort of team up. We asked for just one. It turns out that my water broke and I failed to progress so we ended up with a c-section. Heather was great and helped me out right before we decided to do the c-section becuase my pains were getting a bit intense but I had very little dilation to show for it. Since it was our first, having her there was a relief to my DH because he was felt like he had someone that "knew" what they were doing....at least, knew more than we did :)
