Jcpenny furniture and shipping

Does anyone know a method for getting a crib and dresser/changing table shipped for free from penny's? If I created a registry and added it, then purchased, would the free shipping work for those items?

The changing table is apparently very large because its pre-assembled, and they're saying shipping would be $250!! I refuse to pay that!

    My items just came today.  We chose to have shipped to store. It's one shipping fee for your order, so our crib, dresser and changer cost $150 to ship to store. The $250 was to ship to our house.  I don't know of anyway to do it for free, but at least that saves you $100.

    it won't let me chose ship-to-store for the changer and I don't really understand why. it says it's too big, but it's really not
    THAT large.

    Did you go into the store to order it? I wonder if it's just the website making things complicated. though I did call and they weren't much help.

    Really? I'd call customer service. I just put everything in my cart and it was an option for all three pieces. I'm sure the dresser (which comes preassembled) is already put together

    I have a free shipping code in my email somewhere. You can google it. I got mine off of their website when i googled something like "jppennys free shipping code"
