I have seen it. It's not a horror and it's not scary. But, it does keep you guessing until the end and I can honestly say that I didn't figure everything out until the last line of the movie. I was not disappointed to have seen it in the theatres but others may have been.

It was decent. Given that there's not much out in theaters right now it was one of the better choices. The so-called "twist" seemed kind of obvious, but it was still suspenseful.

It was the opposite for me in that I completely predicted the end before we even got to the theater. Dh was pissed and insisted that I read the book. But I didn't even know it was a book first.
It was still a good movie though, not scary like I thought it would be. I'd say it was worth the ticket.
Re: (NBR) Has anyone seen Shutter Island?
I haven't seen it but I did hear about it on the radio.
Apparently it is NOT a horror film. It's about mental disease or something.
See if you can find the book at your local bookstore and read the back/inside cover. It's pretty much like that.
If you know that it's not a horror, I've heard it's pretty darn good. If you're expecting to see a scary movie, it sucks.
