Can you drive in the HOV lane if it's just you and LO?

I think the rule is 2 people, but I'm not really sure how that works.

    Another very good question that I have no clue about lol. I am curious to hear the answer on this one. I'm guessing yes because no matter how small your kid is still a real person.

    Thanks for posting their answer.  I would also have assumed that my child would count as the 2nd person but it is nice to see it written officially.
