DD is my alarm clock! I wish I could get up even a bit before she does and get a few things done. I just can't seem to motivate myself to crawl out of bed before she wakes. I also always feel like I'm a few steps behind of where I would like to be for the day.

My husband gets up at 6 am. After he is dressed and has his breakfast he wakes up DS at 7am. DH wakes me up at 7:15 and I get showered/dressed, while DH dresses/feeds DS.
I take over childcare at about 7:45 and DH leaves for work.
Usually B wakes me up and I get up with him while S is still sleeping. Sometimes they both wake up at about the same time though. Between the two of them and the youngest still not even close to STTN I am not going to get up earlier than them.
I voted special snowflake. I'd love to get up when my girls do but usually the baby wakes me first. He eats around 5:30am and I try to get him back to sleep after. I'd say about 1/2 of the time he will and the other times he just won't settle back down. Most mornings DH will take him downstairs with him but I dont' really settle back into a decent sleep before my girls are up between 6:30 and 7am.
I voted that DS is my alarm clock. I'm still recovering from 10 months of getting up every 2 hours to wake up before he does!! I love not having to set my alarm clock anymore. One of the best things about SAH by far!!
Sometimes I sleep until they do (8-9am), but that is mostly in the winter when it is still dark at 7am. Lately I'm up before 7am so I can get my workout in and shower before the craziness begins:)
i voted that DD is my alarm clock but it really depends on the day. If i know i am going to be somewhere in the morning i usually get up around 7am and get in the shower before she wakes up at 7:30-8am
I wake up w/ LO's now. Pre-PG I set my alarm to workout before they got up. I imagine if LO#3 wakes earlier, I will take him/her downstairs to run/walk before the girls wake.
DH and I alternate mornings getting up with Ben. On his mornings, I sleep on the couch because he snores so badly and because Ben stopped STTN 7.5 months ago and winds up in our bed every night. Most of these mornings, my 16 yo misses the bus (on purpose, I often think) and she wakes me up so that I can drive her. On my mornings, DH sleeps on the couch and I just wake up (in our bed) whenever Ben gets up.
I have been using my son as my alarm clock for the past few months, but I am going to have to start getting up before him now. He just started walking and is into absolutely everything. It is near impossible for me to get ready without one of us ending up in tears.
I would LOVE to get up about 20-30 minutes before Miles, but he is so unpredictable at this point that it's nearly impossible. This morning, I woke up when DH's alarm clock went off at 8:00, and had a good half hour to brush my teeth and get a cup of coffee. Yesterday, Miles didn't get up until almost 10:00. The day before, he was up at 7:30. I can't wait for his sleep to become a little more regular, so I can get up before him everyday. I just feel so much more . . . capable when I have a little wake-up time before diving into being Mommy for the day.

I usually get up when they do but sometimes I get up a little earlier to enjoy some quite time (usually on the computer) before they get up. It usually depends on whether or not I'm able to fall back asleep after DH leaves for work.
I wake up after the kids do. When they wake up, they grab some breakfast, climb into my bed, turn the tv on and snuggle with me while I get a bit more sleep before we're all up and running for the day. It's rare that I have to go wake them up so we can be somewhere but it does happen.
DH is the morning person, he gets up with her when she wakes up... she's HIS alarm clock! It's his only time during the day with her as he works later hours.
Ds eats around 4-5:30 am. I get up to feed him and then go back to sleep in his room. Dh wakes at 6:30 and I don't want to be woken up again (since he pushes snooze a lot). I sleep in till ds wakes which is usually 7:30.

So, DH is my alarm clock ;-)
DD#1~8/17/96------DS~10/24/05
we're ttc and charting, so my alarm is set almost an hour before ds gets up. if we weren't charting, i would get up whenever ds wake me.
I am up before her when i babysit or have class.
When it's just us, I have to wake up DH at 630 and then I go back to sleep until she gets up. Which is sometimes 645!
