Invite DCP to the b-day party?

As you guys know, Max's b-day is going to be a team at the March for Babies... should I invite DCP? She lives 5 minutes from where the walk is, do you think it'd be weird for me to invite her?

Also, should I invite Max's "girlfriend"? She's the only other non-infant at the DCP; she's almost 3 and LOOOOVES Max. I've only met her mom once in passing when I picked Max up. Would it be weird to invite her too?
