Aaaghhh-just want to be DONE!
XH is going to draw this thing out I just know it...every time I get my hopes up that we might be coming to a resolution he dashes my hopes. He wants MORE visitation?? Well considering you have visits three days/week for three hours at a time and you have missed more than half of them....probably not happening. And he hasn't completed one drug test so there is no way I want them to be anything but supervised! I found meth in his truck! With needles! Sorry for venting ladies, I am beyond frustrated! Our next hearing isn't until May 11 and nothing may even be decided then. He had them push it out until then because he said he was going to rehab...and of course THAT never happened. I just want to be free of this man!

I think you have a pretty good case against him. I doubt he will get MORE visitation. Did you document the visits??

Absolutely! On a calendar. Plus everything else he has told me like, how he got held up at gunpoint and pistol whipped by three men....he said "don't tell anyone though"....and I said "sure, no problem" as I was e-mailing my lawyer
LOL! You're kidding!! I'm sure that will look really good in court. He sure does get involved in a lot of crazy crap... bad luck?? :P

Yes, it's absolutely disgusting! Among all of the things he did this absolutely tops the list because I have never done drugs so it is repulsive...and injecting meth is just about as disgusting as it gets! He has small bruises all over his arms like needle marks...ewww.....

He must have some serious cash if he can afford lawyers AND drugs. Yuck!
But somehow he can't pay me CS on time....interesting....
Yip, I'm sorry to say but that's the typical man for you, looking out for their own interest before their child's and/or mother's own. My ex is supposed to pay the delivery fee and up to now I have not been compensated. Hang in there, I hope it'll be over for you sooner rather than later.
p.s. I love the fact that you document everything, that's the way to go. And he can't seriously think he'll get more visitation if he doesn't even make have of what he has already.
What had XH done just out of curiousity....my stbxh has a rap sheet a mile long:
-been in prison
-3 DUIs
-multiple speeding tickets
-I have pics of his drugs (meth, needles, and a burnt spoon)
-I have pics of holes he punched in a door and a door jam that he broke when he busted through a locked door
-and a hypodermic needle I found when I was moving his crap out.
1. Drugs... definitely marijuana, not sure what else b/c I am completely naive when it comes to drugs (found some tin foil with a tarry residue on it in the garbage). Pawned my T.V., VCR (this was 7 years ago before everyone had a DVD player... LOL), and movies for said drugs.
2. Felony drug charges for dealing meth. Went to federal prison for this charge. Went several other times for minor charges.
3. DUI's... not sure how many... at least 2 that I knew of.
4. His driver's license was suspended.
5. Violence... shoved me against a brick wall with his hand around my throat bc I couldn't get money out of the ATM. Threatened to kill me multiple times while I was pregnant.
6. Threatened to kidnap DD and disappear.
7. Was very billerent in court... even cursed multiple times.
I don't know of any judge that would give someone with a serious drug problem anything but supervised visitation bc it puts DC's safety at risk. Add the violence to that, and he's pretty much guaranteed himself supervised visits. I wish you the best and I am always here if you need to talk!
