Vent about co-workers/friends PG mentioned

I'm waiting to test on Saturday from my lateset Clomid cycle.  Some girls I'm friends with at work know this.  We had a little impromptu shower for one of the girls who is due in 3 weeks, it's her 3rd, but we just wanted to get her some stuff and surprise her.

Sitting there today they were all telling me their horror stories about getting pregnant and birth and the things "no one tells you."  They kept joking that it would be easier for me just to go "buy a baby."

Usually I can put up with the jokes and all that but today I'm just not in the mood for it and all I want to do is cry now.  Today sucks.

    I'm sorry you're having one of those days and you have to deal with "jokes" like that. I mean, they really aren't amusing even on a good day. lots of hugs to you.

    I'm sorry you had to deal with that. As if being at a baby shower isn't difficult enough!
