Rock Climbing?

Has anyone ever gone to the rock climbing place by Tamiami Airport? 

My stepdaughter's 15th birthday is next Saturday and we are with her for a few hours then she's going to Opa with her mother.  We want to do something different and give her her surprise (a cruise in June). 

I thought of a hot air balloon ride, but it's like $230 per person!!

    The rock climbing sounds like a lot of fun and it's something different since she'll be going out to eat afterwards.

    I haven't been but a lot of my friends have gone and are always raving about the place. Apparently it's really fun (I'm beyond scared of heights, I rock climbed in Children's Museum and almost had a heart attack on the way down lol).

    DH & I use to go when we first started dating.  It was a lot of fun.  I think its a great idea.

    Rock climbing sounds like a lot of fun. Since you were thinking of the hot air balloon, maybe you could take her on a helicopter ride. That could be fun and don't think it's too expensive. I did it in Orlando, and it was cheap not sure how much it is down here. There's also that ultralight in Key Biscayne. My little brother did it and had a blast. He doesn't stop talking about it. It's 150, not sure if you want to spend that much. I heard it's worth every penny. I'm too much of a chicken, but here's the website.

    I think she would love rock climbing. Every time I have tried, I have almost killed myself, but it's still a blast :)
