We took the sleep positioner out of A's crib...she did ok at naptime...hoping tonight goes just as well and I am not up every hour because she has rolled onto her back and thinks she can't roll back to her side! Man I wish she didn't hate sleeping on her back!
On a side note she is now rolling bot ways...tummy to back and back to tummy...man they grow fast!
Re: Wish me luck
Good luck! We're starting the transition from swing to crib for Payton!
She'll sleep in the crib at my parent's house, but not for us (stubborn little thing!) -- so I'm hoping neither of us has too many sleepless nights!

Thanks ladies...it went pretty well. She woke herself up at 11:45pm and I just went in popped the paci back in and rolled her back to her side. She slept till 4:00am and that time I experimented and just popped the paci back in but left her on her back and she went back to sleep no problems and slept till 5:15 which is when she normally wakes up for her first bottle of the day so I am pleased with how well it went
Manna and MrsB good luck with switching them to their cribs. Aubrey has slept in her crib since she was a month old (I had planned on putting her in from the beginning but she cried a lot so she slept in her bouncer that first month).
Glad it went well! That's pretty good for a night's sleep
So smart to transition her off the positioner at this age too- I co-slept with M for 6 mos and it took a while {another month or so} to transition him to his crib...I remember it wasn't fun.
On a side note, I still think it's funny how when we were younger our Moms were told to put us on our tummies...and now it's Back to Sleep. I still have to wonder if "new research" might come out one day to encourage the opposite...who knows!
