NTR: If you sell on Craigs List

I've never sold on CL before, but the post below inspired me to list our BOB Revolution.  I am wondering if you sell on CL, do you take the item to the buyer's home, do you meet in a neutral location, or do you have them come to your home to pick it up?  I know there are stories of crazies out there, so I was thinking neutral location would be the best, but was curious to see what the norm is.  Thanks!

    I have always picked up from their home, or they have picked up from my home. I usually go with my husband or make sure he is home if people are coming by our house.

    neutral location unless the item is too big to transport (i.e. furniture) without disassembling.  its a safety thing for us.

    i met up with someone but that was only because they wanted to see the item first. her DD ended up being too big for the stroller

    I've always gone to their home.  If I don't like the look of them, I guess I could leave...if an old fat dude answered I wouldn't enter.  But I'm always dealing w/ mommies.

    To be extra careful, I always have DH with me.  But I usually go to their home or meet in a neutral location.  I'm very weird about them coming to my place.
