NER: IS/IT Ladies - Help Desk Software?

If any of you use Help Desk Software for your work can you tell me what brand and if you like it or not?  We desperately need something new and I have a few good options identified, but would love more input.  Thanks!

PS If you are a vendor please don't bother signing up for an account and coming back 3 days later to post about how awesome you are.  It will just annoy me and cause me to want to have nothing to do with your product.  kthxby
