UGH! WHAT NOW?!?!?! (venting)

Seems the past couple of weeks I have just been going downhill, first it was the HBP, then it was the BV, found out yesterday I have a YI, and NOW I feel as if someone has taken a sledge hammer to my entire body...I am very weak, and I feel like an old lady walking around, I can hardly stand up I am so weak...sure hope I am not coming down with something...I just feel terrible that all this is happening and there is nothing I can do about it, and I dang sure am not giong on ANY more medication! (What do I do?) Okay, vent over.
