Where is a good place to buy a baby boy Easter outfit? I'm not real impressed with what is on The Childrens Place website and Gymboree has cute stuff but I want to look around and see what else is out there. Any ideas?
FYI about Remember Nguyen, most of their jon jons are out of stock right now. I'm ordering one for J from Etsy. I was disappointed in Children's Place also!

Yea, I got this email on Feb. 18th, but everything still says Out of Stock.
"Our new spring line is now available for viewing on
our website however we are still awaiting the shipment so you will not be able
to place an order until it arrives. We are hoping to have the items
available this Monday. Please keep checking our website."

I am not trying to hijack this post-but do you all like this outfit for Easter for GK? Too babyish, or is that just a personal preference? (it is strasburg)
I like it. But I think a cute smocked outfit with bunnies or something would be cuter, this just doesn't look springy to me. Maybe I just want something that screams spring since I am so tired of this weather:)
Are you looking for a jon jon {smocked or appliqued?}, or a suit, or a little button-down and vest?
Too bad our LOs aren't the same size...I accidentally bought a couple of smocked Easter outfits last year for this year {one from MyMessyMonkeys & the other is a longall from Remember Nyguen}. Now I think I've decided to put M in a button-down & vest instead. May change my mind last minute though...
Oh & I saw that too re:Children's Place - they only have 2 options for baby boys Easter. WHERE'S THE CUTE STUFF?

Smocked Jon Jon- well I got mine off-season on sale reference above
Suit- Target has a khaki & cream seersucker set with a white button-down & coral colored tie {$25} and then Janie & Jack has a super cute tan suit & a navy pinstripe {well you have to buy the jacket and pants seperately} but I remember it was very expensive. Also, Coco Bonbons has a cute plaid line with a jon jon and sport jacket
Button down & vest- Janie & Jack, Target- the button-down & vest set I got at $22, it came with blue seersucker pants and the shirt and vest...super cute, I may add a tie I'm not sure yet.

Totally personal preference.
So here's my take- when Mason was an infant, I wanted to dress him like a little man {lots of Ralph Lauren, Janie & Jack, Baby Gap, etc} but now that he's a toddler, I'm finding I want to dress him more like a baby...messed up Mommy!
I think it's definitely a more "babyish" type outfit, but he's an infant & there's nothing wrong with that.
I'm hoping it gets here in time for his 3 month pics, so I can skip Easter pictues.
That is too cute. I'm trying to find something, too. We are going to attempt to take James to church on Easter...I have a feeling we'll be sitting on the back pew for a quick escape!
Bethany--I agree it's personal preference. I think that outfit is precious!
While we are hijacking, what do you guys think of this outfit? I wanted something that could be worn again, so I steered away from bunnies...is this Easter-y enough?

While Jaxon is not a toddler yet, I am drawn to the jon jons or more "babyish" looking clothes now that I feel you can "see" his outfit. Before I had him I never thought I would like the little boy stuff, but he looks so darn cute in them!
everything is so adorable to me! If PJ is here for Easter we are definitely getting him an Easter outfit eventhougt we probably won't be going to church. We are, however, hosting Easter dinner so everyone will be able to see his awesome outfit!

Very cute! If for some reason the weather is cold, a cute coordinating cardigan might work too. I suppose you could even choose a cardi in a contrasting Easter-egg-color too

Bethany... I think it is an adorable outfit! It is babyish, but GK is still a baby. Dress him in it while you can. It will be beautiful for pictures.

Re: Easter Outfits
This site has cute John Johns:

I agree with this also!!!
You can also check www.mymessymonkeys.com. They are located in Alabama, but they don't always have their entire stock online.

I like it, but I prefer babyish clothes.
I checked all the sites you guys listed, but wound up buying this one:

Good investment in a re-usable jon jon!
