What is the "snarky and T-TTC" board?

I just noticed it on the left hand side.  What's thediff b/w tha board and T-TTC?  Just curious..

    It used to be TTC 12 months + , then it became TTC 24 months + , and they convinced the powers at be to change it to snarky and TTTC.  It is girls who have been having trouble, but like to talk about other things.
