Now that DS is in a size that he's been in for several months, I have diapers delivered automatically through Amazon's Subscribe & Save program. You get a 15% discount for buying through the program. With the discount, a box of 116 size 3 Pampers Cruisers is $28.89, or $0.25/diaper. The cheapest box through diapers.com is $42.99 for 160 size 3 Cruisers, or $0.27/diaper.
We also buy our wipes through Subscribe & Save.
For buying in store, I usually found the best prices for diapers at BRU.
Costco Diapers are Huggies in disguise. We like them and they work really well. I forget the price per diaper, but I know it is less than name brand plus coupon. I really don't like store brand diapers (a la Giant/CVS/etc/) They are plasticky. But they are cheap and often on sale if you are looking to be budget friendly.

Kirkland brand at Costco. They also have Huggies. I've also heard good things about Target brand and they have cute blue/green polka dots on them.
