For those who chose names; what was your 2nd choice?

Nathaniel is our LO's name, but Wesley was SO CLOSE!! In fact, we may keep it handy if he comes out and doesn't look like a Nathaniel.

    No we could barely come up with the one we have :) Which leaves us high and dry if this one is a boy.

    LO's name will be Jocelyn Mae, but the runners up were Olivia and Addison (both with Mae for the middle name).

    Well, we decided on Brayden (or Braden?) Micaiah...our runner up, Noah Jacob will be given to our next son if we have one.

    For our girl we never had any other name picked out. we were both 100% set on Abigail Roselynn...now for boys we had a crap load...we just didnt love any names.

    ..Her name is going to be Aeralyn but honestly I dont think there is a runner up.. SO liked aubrey and a few others but some reason before I even knew the sex all I could think about was Aeralyn.. So I think we're pretty set.

    LO's name has always been Ella Rose. We didn't even have a second choice, since Ella is DH's grandma and Rose is my grandma's name. I guess our runner up would have been Evan Robert if we were having a boy.

    We're going with Madeline, but Isabel and Brynn were runners up.

    1st choice:  Elizabeth Everett, nn Betsy

    2nd choice:  Eleanor Everett

    I love the name Eleanor--it was my grandmother's name--but somehow LO just feels like a Betsy.  As much as the name Eleanor means to me, I'm confident we made the right choice.

    Paige was the only girl name we both really liked, but we also discussed Nicole and Maci and neither of us hated them (DH loves Nicole and I picked Maci).

     Cameron was literally the only boy name that we both liked -- I hated all of his choices and he hated all of mine except Cameron.  One issue was that DH has worked with at risk youth for a few years and so many boy names reminded him of people he wouldn't want our child to be like.

    Runner up for us was Evelyn, but my younger sister insisted she wanted to use it for her own daughter, should she have one, someday. So... that sort of pushed us into deciding on Grace.

    we still haven't completly taken it off the list, but we like our first choice a little better. I think we will wait until she is born to really declare her name!

    Runner up for DD, Avery = Erin.  She totally looked like an Avery right away though.  No doubt about it.

    There was no runner-up with DS.  We didn't have to do any narrowing down.  We just decided on Milo and that was it.

    We are going with Benjamin Robert, but our runner-up was Jonathan Robert.

    If we had a girl, our first choice was Jillian Elizabeth...second choice Grace Elizabeth...Ava Grace...Kate Alexandria.  We had a lot of girl names picked out!

    Our LOs name is Dayton but right now we're seriously considering Hudson.

    When I had DD#1 I wanted Kalina but her dad was pushing hard for Janessa.

    and with DD#2 DH wanted Brooklyn but I was pushing hard for Madeline.?
