  I know!  Some of those recipes are crazy.  I once made one of Bobby Flay's dishes.  It was cauliflower covered in like 4 or 5 different cheese.  It was incredible but it was the richest thing ever.  It was hard to believe it had any veggies in it at all.

  seriously, poor DH had been a great guinea pig when I try to find my inner "chef".  but the healthy factor is quite limited right now.
