Jen (southmiami) told me I should probably page ya'll to see if you still have the info for the italian catering company. I might have some more questions for you if you're able to find it. Thanks!!
here's her message:
MariM used a pasta catering company for Nadia's baptism and I remember getting the info from her for my baby shower. I ended up going another route, but I really liked their menu and they were very reasonably priced. They come and set everything up for you and have chefs preparing the food. It's basically like the pasta stations you see at some weddings. Your guests pick which pasta, sauce, and mix-ins they want (chicken, shrimp, veggies, etc.), and the chefs prepare their plate right there. They also include bread, salad, etc.
I don't have their contact info anymore, but if you page Mari I'm sure she can give it to you. I think JessnJorge might have used them for her baby shower too so you can try asking her...
Re: Mari/JessnJorge
We also ended up going a different route. I had a hard time getting in contact with them and by the time we ended up talking, my cousin decided on doing something else for my baby shower. Here is the info Mari gave me:
Pasta Party
Phone Numbers (I think some of these are cell numbers):
#305-226-1214, #305-388-0757, #786-444-2268
Website: www.pastaparty.tv (Odd that it's down- it was working fine a month ago when I used them)
Email: huglon@pastaparty.tv, alexa@pastaparty.tv
Owner is Hugo, but I also worked with Alexa (I think they are a couple)
Thanks so much! If yu don't mind me asking, what did you guys end up doing?
Just wanted to butt in and say we used Pasta Party for our holiday party two years ago and they forgot a LOT of stuff we'd asked them for, so make sure you're on them about what they're supposed to bring. But the food and service was good, so I think you'll be happy with them if you decide to use them.
