f/u to Headaches

Well, I just got back from seeing the doctor. He says the headaches are a result of physically manifested stress.  Basically, I was more stressed than I realized from the m/c & D&C.  (I thought I was being good and getting all that emotion and stress out.)

Anyhow, the stress caused my neck muscles to get tight & sore...resulting in headaches.  So, he prescribed me a muscle relaxer.  I hope it helps.  We'll see soon enough since I just popped one!

Thanks for your concern!  I was too.  I was fearful I would have a repeat of next year.  I'm glad it isn't serious.

I'm glad your doctor gave you some answers.  Did he tell you to do anything else about the stress?  I think I get headaches from stress pretty frequently as well.  They are no fun.

Not really.  He said to just take it easy.  I think he is really convinced it had more to do with the events in the last 3 weeks than anything else.  He's probably right.  I normally don't get this tied up and stressed.  But a m/c is a different type of stress altogether.

So true.  ((hugs)) I hope the stress starts to go away soon.

I'm glad it's nothing serious. I hope it goes away soon. You should hint to DH that you need a massage... it might help relax you
