Were not. We just don't have the space or the funds. We have an old recliner that rocks in the living room that will be fine. I am keeping an eye out at thrift stores if I come across one at a great deal I may grab it.
I am not. I am staying with my in-laws for the next few months while my husband finishes his deployment. When our baby is 2 months old or so we will be moving to GA and a glider or rocking chair will just take up too much space--here and in a moving van.
We weren't going to get one but every mom and dad we knew said that it was a necessity and that we would regret not having one when it was 2am.
We don't have much room in the nursery either but we made it work. We figured that LO doesn't need much space in her room right now and that when she turns 1 we would put the glider in the living room or the guest room.
We didn't get a glider or rocking chair because I think they are uncomfortable. We do have enough room so instead we got a kicka$$ leather rocking and swivel recliner that will eventually make its way to our living room after LO gets a little older. This was purely a selfish furniture purchase for us...we wanted it more for us than we wanted it for LO's room, LOL.
We might not get one. We have one picked out, but are debating due to the space (might look too cramped with it there, but it's hard for us to visualize) and also that I'm probably the only one who will use it. DH can't sit in these kinds of chairs - he gets motion sickness, if you can believe that.

We have to split the nursery with our office (we live in a two bedroom/1 bath condo) We got a glider and it takes a large area of the corner of the room. We only used it for the first month or two and now it just sits there un-used.
We aren't getting one. But we did just buy an amazingly wonderful La-Z-Boy right around when we found out we were pregnant. I can't imagine a wooden chair with padding being any more comfortable...
We are not getting one. We bought one with DS and i used it 3 times. However since we live somewhere different now and are tight on space there are plenty of places i can breast feed and sit that aren't a glider/rocking chair. So we will go without. If you don't have one it isn't the end of the world. im sure you will make do with what you have and it will be just fine.
We started looking for an upholstered rocker glider becuase I can't stand the way the traditional gliders look, neither can DH. We still haven't found the one we want but we're ultimately looking for something we can put in the living room so we can justify the cost...most of the ones we want are pricey. We'll just keep looking until we find one.
Re: Anyone not getting a Glider/Rocking Chair?

I don't have one. I'm going to be a SAHM and I imagine myself sending the majority of the day in my livingroom, so I'd just BF on the couch.
There is a futon in the nursery to provide somewhere for me to sit if I'm in there.
